Common questions
Do I need a referral?
You don't need a referral to see a chiropractor, but some insurance plans require one for coverage. Call and we'll help you check.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Most people find adjustments comfortable and feel relief afterwards. Some mild soreness for a day is normal, a lot like after a workout. We'll always explain what we're doing first and adjust to what you're comfortable with.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what's going on and how long it's been there. After your exam we'll give you a clear plan with milestones, so you'll know what to expect from the start.
Do you take insurance?
Can I come in after a car accident?
Yes. Whiplash symptoms often show up a day or two after a crash, so it's worth getting checked even if you feel fine. We'll document what we find for your claim.
Do you see kids and teens?
Yes. We see whole families, including a lot of young athletes. Kids deserve to understand what's going on too, so we explain the what and the why at every visit.
